Here's a cheer for 2007.
It's October. We're all in different places in this world, contactable only by technology and mail that takes 4 days one way.
It's October. We've moved, changed, loved, lost, laughed; all the still life snapshots in a camera couldn't hold you or you or me.
It's October. There are places to go, people to meet, things to eat, events to attend. So much ahead of us. I can smell it now. Never dismal- that is just a lie.
When I look at you, and you, I remember that I can never be broken down- we're much the same, human flesh, human woes. But we conquer.
